Our story
Escape was founded in 2009 by mother-and-daughter team Alison & Ella Burns, and it’s been proudly women-led and family-run ever since. We’re an award-winning, independent salon — the kind of place where you’re greeted by name, made a fuss of, never rushed, and leave feeling like the very best version of you.
Our girls are highly trained and genuinely obsessed with getting it just right, from a subtle root touch-up to a full colour transformation. We’re patient, we listen, and we’re especially known for looking after clients who feel a little nervous or are visiting for the very first time — little ones included.

Good to know: a skin test is required at least 48 hours before colour and certain treatments, and a small non-refundable deposit secures longer appointments. First time? Just ask — we’ll talk you through everything.
